How It Works

HomeBinder

  1. HomeBinder accounts are pre-loaded with your contact information and headshot as well as with the inspection report
  2. The HomeBinder account is delivered to the homebuyer and a notification will be sent to you (the Agent) with a link to update your profile information if needed. Agents will not be able to access the inspection report through the HomeBinder profile.
  3. Buyers will get periodic notifications when there is a maintenance task due or a product recall (based on an appliance in their home).

  3. The client will get a text message and email following up asking them to:
    1. Accept their HomeBinder, and
    2. Schedule an appointment with a HomeBinder Assistant.
  4. At the scheduled appointment, the HomeBinder Assistant will go over all of the water, sewer, electric, gas, internet, security, and TV options for their new home as well as provide them with the relevant information via email.
  5. If the homebuyer is ready to schedule the transfer of their home’s services, they can do so right then – over the phone.

  1. A FREE Repair Pricer report, including zip code-specific pricing, gets delivered to you (and only you) within 24 hours of the home inspection.
