How It Works
HomeBinder
- HomeBinder accounts are pre-loaded with your contact information and headshot as well as with the inspection report
- The HomeBinder account is delivered to the homebuyer and a notification will be sent to you (the Agent) with a link to update your profile information if needed. Agents will not be able to access the inspection report through the HomeBinder profile.
- Buyers will get periodic notifications when there is a maintenance task due or a product recall (based on an appliance in their home).
