Sell With Confidence With a Walk & Talk Consultation

Sell With Confidence After a Walk and Talk Consultation

Share:

You’re planning to put your house on the market. You feel fairly confident about the structural integrity of your home, but you want some help in making sure your home looks its best for selling. A two-hour Walk & Talk Consultation from TLC Home Inspections can make all the difference in the speed of the sale, and the price you’ll get.

We walk, you take notes

As the inspector walks through your property, we encourage you to take detailed notes. In fact, it can be a good idea to have one person take notes and another person video the walk-thru consultation with their phone. We’ll walk through the entire property, inside and outside. Our inspector will tell you what we look for during an actual inspection and offer suggestions.

Fix issues before listing

A Walk & Talk Consultation can help homeowners identify and address any potential problems prior to listing the home. More importantly, you’ll have the chance to fix those problems before an official inspection, the results of which you must legally disclose to potential buyers. By presenting your home with a “cleaner” slate, you’ll have a greater chance of getting the price you want.

Pick our brains

Ask us all the questions you have. We’re more than happy to share our many years of experience from conducting home inspections in the Austin area. We’ve been in this business since 2007. From room staging to structural fixes, we have lots of ideas for ways you can maximize your home-selling experience.
