be for purchase, warranty inspection, an evaluation of needed repair,
or any other reason you may have for an inspection.
My Goal is to serve your needs by providing you with a complete

nor too short to fairly represent the house. You will be provided
with an easy to understand Report, with appropriate pictures if
necessary to clarify a condition. You are always welcome to call
me and discuss something in the Report. I will be here for your
questions.
Please browse through this Web Site, it’s loaded with helpful
information about homes and inspections as well as many links to
other sites. Fill out a Price Request or call me by telephone to
discuss your needs.
Remember, my experience and knowledge does neither of us any good
if they are not put to use.

New Home Building/Remodeling Inspection Laws Effective September 1, 2008
The Texas Residential Construction Commission has passed an ordinance requiring code inspections on all new residential construction and remodeling in unincorporated areas or in municipalities that currently do not conduct inspections.
Under this "County Inspections Program", builders/remodelers are required to obtain inspections at three stages of construction, known as:
1. "Prepour" for the foundation
2. "Precover" before drywall for mechanical and framing
3. "Final" when the house is complete.
This becomes mandatory on all projects started Sept. 1, 2008 and after.
I'm fully registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission to conduct these new required home building/remodeling inspections. Please feel free to contact me for further information. |
